How do I update my menu after onboarding?
You don't have to. Our Catalog Monitoring Agent re-scrapes your site every 4 hours. Price/menu changes auto-sync. You can also push manual updates via the SMB dashboard.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Sign in to the SMB dashboard, click "Cancel subscription." Effective immediately. Data exportable for 30 days after.
My agent isn't appearing on Operator/Claude โ what's wrong?
It can take up to 48h for some agent platforms to refresh their index. Check the SMB dashboard status. If status = "active" but no appearances after 48h, email support@.
How do I get my API key?
Go to /api-keys. Self-serve, 60 seconds, free 1000 calls/day.
