The picks-and-shovels for agentic commerce
When AI agents — ChatGPT, Claude, Qwen, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini — start handling commerce on people's behalf, every transaction needs trust. Identity. Verification. Routing. Audit. That's the infrastructure layer. That's us.
Three pillars
One company, three product layers. Each makes the others stronger.
AgentPKI
Open cryptographic identity for AI agents. PASETO v4.public, Ed25519, RFC 9421. Open spec, hosted infrastructure, vendor-neutral.
LeadFlow OS
Rank-and-rent SEO supply network. SMBs already onboarded for lead capture, now evolving into agent-bookable endpoints.
AgentPKI Commerce
This site. The infrastructure that turns the supply + identity into actual agent-mediated transactions. Take-rate revenue.
How we operate
A 14-agent platform runs the company. The founder reads a 1-page briefing every morning.
Onboarding, support, outreach, billing, content marketing, reputation monitoring, competitive intel, compliance audits — all autonomous. Cost: ~$50/day in API calls. Humans involved only in strategic decisions, big partnerships, and the ~20% of support tickets the agents escalate.
We eat our own dog food at the system level, not the feature level. The agents we built to run our business are the same agents we sell to SMBs and brands.

Sarvesh Patel
FOUNDER · ENGINEER
Before AgentPKI: built rank-and-rent SEO networks for local services (LeadFlow OS, still live at hirelocalcrew.com). Saw the agentic-commerce wave landing in 2025–2026 and recognized that the SMB long-tail would be the last to defend itself. Started AgentPKI to build the identity protocol that makes agent-mediated commerce trustworthy at scale. Based in the US, building globally.
